When we rented a warehouse for our landscape equipment, we did so with the agreement from the landlord that the industrial garage doors would be replaced soon. We felt that the doors on the building weren’t secure. The tracks were loose and the door locks were flimsy. In fact, one of the panels had been removed and covered over on one of the overhead doors. We didn’t want someone to take it out and use the opening to gain access into our warehouse space.
