A lot of our customers here at Deer Valley Mini & RV are trailer owners.  A lot of the spaces we rent in our lot’s are to commercial and residential trailer owners.  The commercial owners that are looking for and rent at a Public Storage New York City are usually landscapers or have something to do with the construction field.  The residential owners that are looking for and rent at Phoenix Trailer Storage are usually people who use their trailers for hauling recreational toys, such as dirt bikes and lake toys.  Our trailer owner business is a very successful and prospering market.   There doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of competition here in the North Phoenix Public Storage business.  Most of our competition is south of our locations.  I think that with all of the newer residential neighborhoods that are just north of us,  North Phoenix Public Storage is in higher demand.  I enjoy working here, but gosh am I getting tired of writing these paragraphs today.  I have so much on my mind with my impending residential move and getting settled into my new office, that it makes focusing on this very difficult.  It has been a few weeks since I was stress free and can’t wait to feel that again.    It has been a pretty day here at work today.  I have rented two storage units and one open parking space.  Public Storage North Phoenix seems to be picking up a little compared to last month.  February was not a good month at all.  We took a lot of move outs and didn’t reach our goal on move in’s.  It would be nice to get my bonus this month.  Public Storage North Phoenix needs to be busier for me to do that.  At least the weather looks like it is going to stay nice for a while now.  Thank goodness.
